Learn how to create a cashback card
1. Upon successful login, click on the
icon in the left-hand menu to open the Cards module.

2. Here, you can either create a card using a template from a list of a wide range of pre-loaded templates or create one from scratch. To develop a better understanding, we will take a look at card creation from scratch.
3. To do so, click the
button.

4. This initiates the stamp card creation workflow. A card is created by filling in the details in 5 sections that include Card Type, Settings, Design, Information, and Save and preview. Let us take a look at how each section works.
Card Type
1. This is the first section. Here, you make a selection regarding the type of card you want to create.
2. From the available card types, click Cashback.

3. Once selected, click the Continue button. As a result, you land on the Settings section.
Settings
1. Barcode Type - Choose between PDF417 format (default) or QR code.
2. Card expiration date - Select the expiry date of the card.
Unlimited - Card do not expire.
Fixed term - Card to expire by the date defined in the Term field.

Fixed term after card issuing - Card to expire after the card has been issued. You can define the range in the Term field.

3. Lifetime points - Set the validity of the lifetime points of the cashback card.
Unlimited - Points do not expire.
Fixed term after bonuses earned - Points to expire after they have been issued. You can define the expiry range in the Term field.

4. Locations - Location of your business where the card can be used. You can add an existing location, or create new location(s) by using the Add location button.
5. Language - You can define the language in which the card information will be displayed on the card.
6. Date format - Define the format of the date to be displayed.
7. Thousands / Decimal Separator - This define the format of the number field(s) to be displayed for large number.
8. Purchase amount when charging - Toggle on if the purchase amount is to be captured in the Scanner App.
9. Card issuing form - Define fields to be filled in by the customers when they install the card onto their phones
Use the Field Type dropdown to select the type of field you are adding.
Similarly, enter the name of the field in the Field Name text field.
In case you want to make a field mandatory, enable the Required toggle.
Similarly, if you want to record unique data in a field, enable the Unique toggle.
10. UTM field - You can create a channel link for the analytics to be tracked of the traffic generated by that channel. For instance, if you add Facebook in this field, StitchSales Rewards will generate a URL automatically associated to a UTM tag.
Use the Source Name to record the name of the channel. Once entered, click the Add a link with UTM Tag button.
11. Limit the number of cards issued - Enter 0 here if you do not want to limit the number of cards that can be issued.
12. Number of points when issuing a card - You can define the amount of points to be issued as bonus for customers to sign up for the card.
13. Analytics - If you want to include a customized script for analytics, you can include this script here.
24. Once the required fields are filled, click the Continue button. This takes you to the Design section.
Design
This section lets you configure the design of the cashback card.
1. Logo - Click the Select File button to choose a logo to be displayed on the card and on the release form from your system storage.
2. Icon - Click the Select File button from the Icon heading to choose an icon from your system storage to be displayed in the push messages.
3. Background of the central part - Choose an icon from your system storage for the center of the card by clicking the Select File button.
4. Colors - In this section, you can set the colors for Card Background, Text Color, and Background color of the central part.
5. Field name - Select the fields to be displayed on the front of the card (for IPhone only).
You can use the Field dropdown to select the type of field that appears on the card.
Similarly, the Field Name field allows you to enter what text appears on the card in the defined field.
6. Show logo at card issuing form - Toggle this if you want the logo to appear on the Card Issuing Form.
7. Show background color on card issuing form - Toggle this if you want the background color to appear on the card issuing form.
8. Once all the selections are made, click the Continue button. Resultantly, you land on the Information section.
Information
This section lets you fill relevant information in the card. The impact of each field can be viewed in the mobile screen preview displayed on the right side of the screen.
1. Card description - Enter a short description of the program that is linked to the card.
2. Company Name - Enter the name of your business.
3. Referral Program - Choose whether you want to activate the referral program.
4. Get bonus at the moment when - Define when the bonus is issued to a customer.
5. Number of points for the referrer - Choose the number of points a customer earns upon sharing their card via the referral program.
6. Number of points for a referral - Specify the number of points a new customer earns upon registering via the referral program.
7. Active links - Specify the type of link to be displayed on the back of the card. The available options include URL, Phone, Email, and Address.
To add another link, click the Add Link button. This adds a new row for another link to be recorded.
8. Feedback links - Add your review links for the customer reviews to be recorded.
9. Terms of use - Toggle this if you want to include Terms of use on the card.
10. Link to full terms and conditions (optional) - Provide a link to the complete T&Cs of your business.
11. Issue information - Use the Company Name, Email, and Contact Number fields to record the card issuer details to be displayed at the back of the card.
12. To activate the template, click the Activate button under the card preview.
13. Once the details are recorded, click the Finish button.
Save & Preview
As the Finish button is clicked, the Preview popup is displayed.
1. From here, you can scan the QR code of the card.
2. To copy the link of the car, click the Copy link button.
3. Click the Activate Card button to activate the card.
